Below you’ll find designs for plays, textiles I’ve screen-printed, hats I’ve made, and one tutu. This work is where I learned how to think concept-first, collaborate across disciplines, and how to use design to tell a story.
As a costume shop intern at Chicago's Joffrey Ballet, I had the opportunity to built a pancake tutu from start to finish for Christopher Wheeldon's The Nutcracker. I also stitched for other costumes in The Nutcracker and Romeo and Juliet including the ruff mock-up pictured below.
